Spartans u14s looked to end the year with win, after a 6-0 win away against this weeks opponents, the lads were confident. Players missing but still the boys managed to win all 3 points. In the first half the hosts went a goal down, this was followed with 2 quick goals at the start of the second half. A wonderful solo goal from John Owens and a deflected free-kick from Callum Cameron, shifted all momentum. It was only one team at this point and Jayden Dash put the boys 3-1, tapping in a rebound of Callum's strike. In the last minute of the game Cademy put in a cross and it was headed in for 3-2. Seconds later the whistle blew. An important win, but with all the chances it could have been much more. Overall it was a bright performance, ending 2023 with a win!
