On Sunday 12th of November the u14s took on Youngs who sat in 3rd place. Spartans started well with some chances but nothing massively testing the keeper. That was until around the 29th minute when Callum Cameron had a wonderful strike that was denied by the bar, giving Spartans a big boost going into the second half. The boys started brilliantly, a cross by new signing Gustaw Skwarło and an over head kick at the near post by Callum Cameron to make it 1-0. The momentum was for the home side, when a quick pass from Jayden Dash suddenly found Callum once again threw on goal. With no mistake he put a deserved 2 goal cushion, a lovely finish. Spartans 2-0 Youngs. Youngs came out different after the goal, scoring one great goal to get one back. Forcing mistakes by Spartans, Youngs were in control scoring the second goal making it 2-2. The final whistle blew and although the disappointment of letting away a 2 goal lead, there was a massive improvement from the side showing some hope for the rest of the season
